I installed both the Brush Guard and the Corner Moldings at the same time. Since the pics show both I figured I'd combine the page. The Subaru directions for both are pretty straight forward so I'm not gonna do a lot of text mostly just post the pics.

Neither items were too difficult to install.

For the bumper guard, the toughest part was taking a drill to the front bumper, the mental part not the drilling :p. The Brush Guard will afford some bumper protection but I have to say it's more of a cosmetic thing. It is heavy duty plastic and nicely constructed, however it's not a place to mount lights or anything.

The Corner Bumper Molding was fairly easy too. It's always tricky getting things properly aligned when you are working with round and angled surfaces. In the end I think it turned out well. The material these are made out of is pretty tough and flexible. Ascetically they are just OK but I think they will protect the bumper well.

BTW as usual I got the OEM parts for a good price from Lisa Wilkins at: 800 584-8727

OK on with the scans of the directions

The hole in the bumper is so a mounting bracket can fit though to the back where you put the spacer in.

Then drill away, it dosen't have to look pretty the hole will be covered up by the Brushguard.

Put the brush guard in place and bolt down the back brackets. Make sure the brackets upper clip is around the metal as shown in the directions. You'll be able to tell if it's right because when you try to put the bolt in it should feel solid. If it feels springy it's not right and you'll have to reposition it. (sorry missed pic here)

Once the top brackets are tight then there are holes on the bottom that need to get drilled an clips installed
