This takes about 5 minutes to install and looks really nice. It also adds to a positive feeling on the shifts. I have the kartboy shifter, and cusco shifter bushings, and STi tranny mounts as well, so there is no slop in the shifter now.

Just unscrew the stock knob, screw on the new STi knob, and reattach the boot to the bottom of the shift knob.
