Step# 01
Apply emergency brake. Turn ignition on but DO NOT start vehicle.
Shift to "N" (Neutral). With your hands pull trim bezel that surrounds the shifter panel by grasping it from the back and pulling straight up to release four clips located around the shifter panel. Once the bottom four clips have been released, pull toward the back to release from the front. Set bezel aside.

Step# 02
To the front of the shifter panel are two screws that hold a small
storage tray (which has a rubber cover). Remove the two screws. Pull small storage tray out and set aside. Place a rag in place of storage tray and directly below the right side radio screws to avoid loosing screws if dropped.

Step# 03
Open and remove ashtray. With the small stubby Phillips screwdriver
remove two screws that hold the ashtray carriage fixture. These screws are located on the underside of the ashtray carriage fixture. Once the two screws have been removed loosen a screw that also holds the ashtray
carriage fixture located deep inside and to the back of the carriage
fixture. Lift the back of the carriage fixture to release from the screw
and set aside.

Step# 04
With your hands pull the bezel that surrounds the climate control and radio starting from the bottom below the climate control which will release two clips at the bottom corners of the bezel. The top side of the bezel is held in place by tabs and will need to be released with the flat screwdriver. Once bottom has been released insert the flat screwdriver between the bezel and the dash and to the right upper corner of the cup holder push door. Carefully pry bezel loose. Do the same along the top edge of the bezel. Pull bezel from the left side near the ignition switch. Once all clips and tabs have been released disconnect wires from the bezel and set bezel aside.

Step# 05
To the right side of the radio is a small black box held in place with two screws. Remove these two screws and set aside. Push the box up to enable you to remove two screws that hold the radio bracket. Remove the
two screws and set aside. Place the InDash Mount over the two holes (Mount will not sit flat yet because the foam from the dash will not allow it). Install the two radio screws back in place which will push the InDash Mount toward the right against the foam. With your hand slide the box down to its mounting position by moving it side to side to clear the screws from the radio. Align screw holes and reinstall the two screws that hold the box.

Step# 06
Reconnect all wires and install bezel back in place; starting from the top align all clips and tabs and push to secure in place. Continue assembly in reverse order. Attach the phone holder to the InDash Mount.
