After installing the Teins, I figured I would dress up the engine bay with a Strut Tower Bar. After waiting for 6 weeks from Minnam Racing, I called JC Sports and they shipped one out right away. So lets get down to business and install this bad boy!

Alright, I don't know the technical name of these parts, but I decided to install these first, without the middle bar, to ensure they were flat and stable. Simply unbolt your strut bolts (the 3 on the tower itself) place these on, and reattach the bolts. Easy.

Here you can see all the adjustment bolts. Simply loosen the big nut on the bar, and the screw the eye bolt in or out, depending upon if you need more width or not. This is also not rocket science.

Here we attach the bar to its mounting plates. Once this was done, the lock bolt (on the eye bolt) is tightened up. I don't know what torque settings to set it at, so I just cranked until it was real tight.

And here is the finished product! Easy to do and looks great. I really needed one of these, but I couldn't feel much of a difference afterwards. I guess if I had to say anything, it really firmed the chassis up enough to let the suspension work its magic. Keep in mind my front spring rates are almost 380lbs per inch, definately at a point where the front towers would have some flex!
