OK, we haven't installed this yet, or even tried to, but I got one in today from Japan with a shipment of WRX STi Intercoolers.
The measurements on the Forester STi IC are
Core
16.5L x 6W x 3.5H
Overall
16.5L x 10W x 3.5H
From mounting hole to mounting hole it's 19 5/8ths.
I hope to get this installed into AaronB's XT sometime here in the near future to see if these are a direct fit, viable option for XT guys / gals

Sweet, I'd love to do that too but the cost is more than I care to spend right now. First my Cobb DP and AccessECU :) However, here are some shots that may assist with the install. I understand brackets need to be made to help the mounting and the hood scoop snoot needs to be modified too.

Posted this over on NASIOC...
I don't know if this has been covered, I did a few searches and found nothing on this...
I happened upon one in a shipment from Japan, which in itself isn't all that interesting... but what is interesting is that the Forester XT STi (JDM) version TMIC is really a USDM WRX Intercooler, with some minor changes.

So, based on the comparison, the Forester XT STi TMIC is nothing more then a WRX TMIC with STi sprayed on it, the radiator lines removed and the mounting brackets welded in different spots. The STi IC has the wholes for the radiator lines, even down to the mounting points and threads matching...

Here are some WRX and F-XT IC comparo's then. Notice how the FX-T recirc valve is not mounted on a raised part that is angled. also the recirc outlet faces a different direction so either the recirc valve and or return hose must be swapped out.
