Radiator shroud DIY?

Has anyone done a radiator shroud DIY? I'm looking for a template with measurements. The right thing to do would be to monkey around with it myself but wanted to see if someone in the Subaru community (smarter than I am) has done this already. I've been searching with no results.
I realize I'm a complete nood to this site but any help would be great. It would be for an 06 STI.
Thanks
-Rich

Nevermind. I took the high road and figured it out. This is just a test fit. The paint is drying right now.

Looks pretty good, dude! What did you use? Aluminum? If it works out for you, you could probably make a decent bit of money if you can reproduce it and undercut the price of those expensive ones out there on the interweb... keep us in mind!

Paint is dry. I went with flat black so it wouldn't stand out to much. I was tossing around the idea of making a stencil of the Subaru stars and paint it white on there, but I'm not sold on the idea. What do you think?

I think you should do the Stars. That would make it look pretty good. If you end up not liking it, just paint over it. Would give it that personal touch. It looks real good. You going to leave the belt cover white or paint that black to?

Thanks guys.
The alternator cover looks like it glows in pics but it's not that bright in person. The shroud was fun to make. I used a dremel, jigsaw and palm sander for the DIY. I wish I knew an easier way to cut aluminum in a straight line but a lot of grinding paid off in the end.
