Samco Intercooler Hoses and Go Fast Bits Blow Off Valve
This is done by Dewitt.... from his website
This is all easier said than done, and if you're like me will take some trial and error, but the process is pretty straight forward. The Go Fast Bits BOV comes with quite adequate instructions. I decided to change out the hoses at the same time, combining the two instructions. |

Step 4:
Remove the two bolts on either side of the intercooler, which holds it on, and put them aside in a safe place. Now carefully but with some force, slide the intercooler back so that it slides out of the hose that goes to the throttle body. Now pull the intercooler to the driver's side until the hose coming from the turbo is removed. This may require some force and wiggling, but please be careful not to damage the delicate fins of the intercooler. Lift the intercooler out and gently put it in a safe resting place. |

Step 5:
Take a pair of pliers, and remove the clamp holding the recirculation hose to the air intake. Remove hose so that you have taken out the hose and the factory blow off valve. |

Step 6:
Install Samco intercooler hoses with hose clamps. (I put them too far onto the inlets the first time. The only need to be on two inches or so, just enough to let the clamps work and the intake to reach the turbo.) |

Step 8:
Place the return nozzle on the GFB BOV, making sure you have the O-ring from the GFB kit in place, and secure with the kit's hex screws. Place the Samco hose over the nozzle and place a hose clamp on it, but do not tighten the clamp. |

Step 11:
Reinstall Intercooler and connect Samco hose to turbo outlet. Attach Go Fast Bits BOV to the intercooler using the bolts supplied in your kit (use a drop of Titen® on each bolt). Also use a new intercooler gasket in place of the old one. Tighten up the clamp on the recirculation hose. Tighten the second clamp on the throttle hose. I had to get a longer piece of tubing to connect to the BOV vacuum line, (about $2 at Auto Zone) as the stock one no longer fit. |

That's it! Make sure everything is reconnected and secure and that you didn't miss anything. Make sure that you didn't accidentally loosen anything along the way.
