Strut Bars, Sway Bars and Lower Arm Bar

Hi,
Plan to install below items to improve handling
on my wrx my03

a. Cusco Front and rear strut bar
b. Cusco Front and rear sway bar
c. Cusco LOWER ARM BAR.

need some help here..

b. for cusco front and rear sway bar, is it adviseable to
use the adjustable or non adjustable?
c. what is the advantage of putting the cusco lower arm
bar ?
which is better version I or version II.

d. what improvement will I get if I install all the
above 5 items at one go?

e. Is it advisable to change the endlinks as well?
